1. Nature of VDA risk

Virtual digital assets can be highly speculative and may become illiquid or lose value rapidly, including to zero.

2. Price volatility

Prices may fluctuate sharply due to market sentiment, limited liquidity, macro events, protocol updates, and exchange/venue dynamics.

3. Liquidity and market risk

Phishing, malware, SIM swap, credential theft, social engineering, and account compromise risks are real. Users are responsible for secure handling of passwords, OTPs, devices, and 2FA methods.
